When I was a girl watching the Green Machine marching band, I longed to march with them. I thought they were the coolest! And they were! And still are! The reputation of the school has gone down the drain, I still love the Green Machine. 2015 was the last time I saw them – my niece carried on the torch of participating in the band. It was an honor to be a part of this organization in high school. We had such discipline. Anyway, this was the 5 week summer program (I guess it’s still called that). I’m so grateful for these kids. It was nice to get to see these kids that work so hard.
