Sometime after a storm, the tree has fallen and the roots were on its side surrounded by dirt.

Puddles
I visit the same places all the time. I try to look at things differently whenever I visit the same place. I walk a lot at this park and I always enjoy the beauty of this park. So this time, I made the image into a black and white.
The Pink Ribbon
There were plenty of landscaping opportunities on the large slab of stone that I was standing on. Stone Mountain has plenty of areas as does Lithonia where the surface is stone. But you do not see any of the stone here since I was focusing on the river. On the branch of the tree that fell over the river, a pink ribbon was tied to it. If fact there were quite a few pink ribbons along the river that was tied onto branches. I focused on the water to get this shot.
Family Ties
This was taken a while ago, around Easter time last year. There were about 4 generations attending this dinner. It’s always a pleasure to to take photographs that I know will last for generations to come.

Cake Fest for the One Year Olds!
I wish I knew what my 1st birthday was like. Obviously I have no memory of it and I do not have any pictures. These are my cousins enjoying their birthday cake. It was a blessing to take their photographs. I’m glad that they will have a memory of this day. ❤

Sometimes You Miss Things that are Actually in the Picture
I took these months ago and now I started looking at the detail in the stein. It carving made me giggle and I was surprised how carefree the artist was back then in the 1500s. My favorite piece was the wedding gown! Wow, can you imagine walking down the aisle in that! Also shown is one of the sleighs which is a favorite of mine. It must have been grand riding on of those with the cold wind against your face enjoying the outdoors as opposed to being in a car, train, or a crowded airplane with strangers. You’re able to enjoy nature.
