When we got down from the Rock (top of Rockerfeller Center), we had a bathroom break and I was waiting in front of this store.
Mickey & Minnie
I had to share my cousin’s creations of baking and decorating skills. It was for a family baby shower. She’s awesome!

Here Comes the Fudge!
Almost every block you will see a fudge store at the shore. It’s sooo yummy. If you ever get down to the shore you must taste the fudge.
Earth Day
We had to make an Earth Day cake for our last assignment. My cake doesn’t scream Earth Day, but it has a lot of flowers, which is what we learned in the course. I didn’t go to my last session; I got all caught up in the design and I wasn’t ready for the class. I continued to work on it and this was my cake:
It was yummy too. My husband ate all the flowers off of it, thinking I didn’t notice, I guess.

Did You Have a Good Halloween?
I’m glad it wasn’t too cold outside yesterday. This year I went with a different friend trick or treating. Their neighborhood is almost as bad as ours – no one passes out candy anymore. They just look at out from their window like you’re crazy.
My friend’s mother’s house was fall festive. They had a junk food dinner for Halloween which was awesome! It made me happy that she was into the Halloween spirit. They had mummy dogs, chips with melted cheese, potato soup, cookies, and a dessert.
The photos below was for a project I was working on, but this is as Halloween as I got this year.
